Try something new and learn to knit, crochet and embroider. Kat's Craft Corner beginner friendly Summer Craft Camps start the week of July 7th and run for a week. Camps start on Monday and end on Friday running from 9 am to 12 pm with two days allocated for knitting, two days for crocheting, and a day for embroidery.
Pricing: $125 for each week per person.
Available spots: 6 per week
Age of participants: 10 - 17 years of age.
Duration: 3 hours a day, 9 am to 12 pm ET
Where: Kat's Craft Corner, 688 Hortop Street, Oshawa, ONT, L1G 4N6
Instructional guidance, pattern instructions, and all materials are provided. Participants get to take their art home!
What participants will learn:
- How to read a pattern
- Execute knitting techniques
- Execute crochet techniques
- Execute various embroidery stitches and finishings
Materials provided:
- Knitting needles
- Crochet hook
- Yarn
- Embroidery kit
- Pattern instructions
Wavier and photo release form must be completed before the first day of camp. A link to the forms will be emailed once registered.
Notes:
Cancellation Policy: notification of cancellation must be received four (4) days prior to the first day of camp to receive a refund. Cancellations afterwards will not be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be issued for missed classes, and store credit will be given to cancellations related to illness.
Lunch and snacks are not provided. Additionally, if any products excluded from the camp material is ruined due to food and beverages the participant will be responsible for purchasing the damaged product.
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders take 1-2 weeks to process from the order date.
All products purchased are normally shipped via Canada Post and tracking numbers will be sent in the shipping confirmation email for large items. Small items such as stitch markers, stickers, and sewing needles will be sent via lettermail without a tracking number.
Shipping times may vary due to customs if purchasing outside of Canada. Estimated delivery time within Canada is currently 2-5 business days.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you have any issues with your order, please contact KCC so we can work with you to resolve any issues. Although stickers are waterproof and water resistant, they are not 100% waterproof and cannot go through the dishwasher or be soaked for long periods of time. Stickers cannot be refunded.
For all other items, our returns policy for non-faulty items lasts for 30 days, after which time we will be unable to offer you a refund. If you would like to return a product it must be in perfect, re-sellable condition and in its original packaging. All shipping costs are non refundable. The customer is responsible for arranging shipments and covering shipping costs associated with both returns and exchanges. A refund will be issued after KCC has received and inspected the customer’s returned item.
